Spaghetti alla Carbonara
The real Carbonara, no cream- Spaghetti with guanciale, a drop of wine, egg and pecorino romano. Topped with freshly ground pepper.
Tagliatella alla Bolognese
Our homemade pasta served with a slowly cooked tomato and beef sauce, parmesan and basil.
King Dei Molisani
Tortello filled with spinach and ricotta, served in a creamy mascarpone and gorgonzola sauce

Vegetarian Calzone

Oven-baked pasta dish with mozzarella, homemade Bolognese sauce, béchamel and parmesan

The authentic vegetarian lasagna. Layered battered and lightly fried aubergine with, mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil and Parmesan
Homemade Italian sausage
Our homemade sausage, consisting of English free range pork, fennel, salt, pepper and a splash of red wine. Served with our Crocodile’s Roast potato. 
Grilled Steak
A Grilled 28 day aged Rib-Eye Steak  served with roast potatoes seasoned with garlic and rosemary
Mediterranean Fish of the Day
Sea Bass cooked with  garlic cherry tomato, kalamata black olives, parsley and capers. Served with potatoes.
